i've got some interesting dry sump info coming in that may make it a more feasible proposition. i haven't discussed it with phil yet but expect more in the next couple days.

Sounds like another vote of support for Howard. I've had one of his engines in my car for over 30k now with no problems. I do need to make it up there so that they an dyno it though!

update:

i've been looking at the few dry sump options available and have determined after a lot of consultation that, while it's not a dead issue, the addition of a dry sump right now will not let us avoid a teardown.
