You still just bouncing off the WG spring for "boost control?"

i've been using the eb2's default setting. we need a couple of good live sessions with hydra and we might start cranking the boost up 1lb at a time, checking for knock along the way. in fact, i'm considering adding a knock light to the a-pillar.

i'm really in no big hurry, fly. phil will be tuning it in a few weeks, anyway and it's running great as is.

I'd figured that. Until I was able to get over the hill for the tune, mine ran fine as well. Of course, it runs just a *wee* bit better now with another full bar of boost...as I'm sure yours will when that day comes.

my official cutn edg project thank you list:

a lot of people and vendors made this project a success. i want to thank each one of them personally right now.

the big 3:

cobb tuning (www.cobbtuning.com)
everyone knows about the cutn edg initiated shockwave that reverberated around the planet a dozen times on january 31st that will, no doubt, change the industry for years to come. cutn edg is proud to have cobb tuning rescue the project by becoming our primary sponsor. a complete cobb built longblock based on cobb's pro stage2 racing shortblock, good for the over 600 whp we should have on tap, will propel us into the 10's this season.

element tuning (www.elementtuning.com)

coherance of purpose was the main theme for the build. we needed four critical ingredients that had to work in harmony; the right turbo for the cobb pro stage2 shortblock, an aquamist h2o/alchohol/methanol/nitomethane injection system and the right engine management to make it all go. i was fortunate to find them all in the same place. phil grabow IS element tuning. his time attack car provided the inspiration. he's the ultimate orchestra conductor for the project.

200mph productions (www.200mphprod.com)

my friend little ricky is the wrench for the entire project. a chevy head, he did whatever was required to put it all together, including lots of late night fabricating. he does it all; wrench, electrical, welding and fabrication. the best thing i did was to rent him the space to help make 200mph productions the official subaru project car shop of the mid-hudson valley. if youre within striking distance, he's your guy.

special mention to skydivers fireman bobby, brendan and dan who all had their hands on the car in the shop. iwsti's statik cleared my headlights; wdb, speednice and eatv8 stopped in to lend a hand and drool over all the 200mph production groupies hanging around the shop.

project vendor list: (in no particular order)

i'm afraid to start listing you because i don't want to leave anyone out. thanks to everyone. rides on request to you all (insert smiley face here).

Bruce:

Well done, and I can't wait to see how it runs after the tune. You've put in your dues, and have gone where none of us has before.

If I can ever make it back east to take you up on the free ride, I'll bring my helmet...and extra underwear.

Hey Bruce, if Ricky is a Chevy guy I would really be interested in his thoughts on Subaru's now that he has fully built one up. Any chance you can capture some of his comments and post them in here?

BTW, could you sell firearms to California direct? My father and I are looking to take opportunity of our Constitutional Rights.

crawford performance (www.crawfordperformance.com)

chris and quirt contributed to this project, throughout. chris handled the sale, answered every question and got my s4 shortblock out to me with the newly designed 3rd generation piston. being on the west coast, i had the good fortune of his advice at way off hours. quirt crawford spent time with me at englishtown answering questions and shooting the sh*t when he had much better things to do.
