kevin,

i sent a prior email on 12/6 asking for an update on my defective sti avcs cam and you did not respond. your company's negligence has already cost me thousands of dollars to date and has put my project down for 3 months while we tracked the issue down. you would think that a company that sends out a defective cam to such a visible project would be more eager to look interested. i've heard nothing for ron at axis power racing either.

please respond with an update as to where my replacement cam is and when i can expect it in the u.s.
