Ya I like it a lot...and considering we filled 3 bays with all the stuff (wheels, sway bars, lip, sub frame, etc.) I needed the space Too bad it's 300 miles away

I looked around a few minutes while I was down there just 'cause of you! No, nothing that I could see leaking...

Thanks Ben! She's covered in bugs now, but the paint is smooooooove. I didn't have the time to take proper pictures while she was clean though, tad disappointing.

Amazing what your dollar buys you in a state with a crappy economy huh? My parents' back yard is tiny though, our house is just set further back on the property... and we're on a convex curve in the road, it's an illusion

<and 05 FTW merfer. I liked the projectors though>

Thanks man.

Zaino polish protects like wax. Putting wax over Zaino (according to Zaino) is less optically perfect and contains oils, which Zaino does not contain.

It was a concern of mine as well at first, because my understanding of polish was always that it was slightly abrasive/aggressive and needs to be followed with wax. Zaino polish is different from regular polish, in that it cures/seals and protects like a polymer wax (but is supposed to last months, unlike wax)

First let me start with this: BIG THANKS to boondocksaint for helping me out for two days. On top of detailing his own car, he helped me with ALLLL the stuff I had planned for my car as well He treated it like he was working on his own ride, and the help was much appreciated! I would have taken 3 days if I had to do it all on my own

This is what we accomplished over two long days:

Friday (my car):
- Wash with Dawn to strip bugs and wax
- Clay bar with Zaino Z-18 clay
- Wash with Zaino Z-7 wash
- Layer of Zaino Z-5 "swirl remover" polish
- Another layer of Z-5 polish
- Final layer of Zaino Z-2 "clear coat" polish (better optical qualities than Z-5).

Boony also washed his car again with Z-7 and applied two more coats of Zaino polish during that day.

Overall, Zaino FTW. My paint was transformed, it became SO smooth and glossy, it was quite impressive. The paint was smooth after the clay bar; after 3 coats of polish, it was like glass! They claim that a good layered Zaino application will last several months, and I hope that's the case. Overall, quite happy with it, and for the stuff you get in their starter kit, I think it's a pretty good value.

Saturday:
- Played with my air tools, realized I need to buy a longer hose for it to be useful. Consequently we didn't get much use out of the tools (and it would have been helpful to remove the 22+ bolts for the front sway). Oh well, next time, I guess
- Swapped my gold summer wheels/tires on.
- Removed V-limited lip
- Drilled holes for 4 extra bolts for V-limited
- Installed front sway
- Reinstalled V-limited lip
- Installed rear sway
- Torqued wheels, filled air in my tires, went for a drive

Overall I'm quite happy, though some of the handling prowess I'm feeling might just be the RE070s Definitely felt like I could power-on earlier coming through a turn, and it put a smile on my face... Basically she stuck when I would have normally expected to have to start backing off a bit. We set the bars for the lowest setting (24 mm Front, 22 mm Rear) for now, and I'll consider changing it up after I do my springs in July.

The KB links are beefy as hell and I'm glad I went with them both front and rear, the stock links look like spaghetti!

Surprisingly, I didn't take that many pictures (I didn't take a single one of the rear sway or install at all!). Still, I've got about 20+ pics

It was actually pretty fun. And thanks for the pics of my car.
