Well I got off the phone today and Kicker Car Audio is giving my a full sponsership for my car and we have hopes of seeing it at SEMA now. Other might not think so, but I think that is cool.

Once I get everything I will post pictures of the build up.

I am sure there are some on this forum to find it a waste of a STI to put some weighty stereo install. For me this is a daily driver and I cant stand the crappy stereo so getting Kicker to hook me up with everything I need plus a chance as a SEMA display car is great for me.

Well nothing but bad news today. Subaru Called me and says that they cannot secure financing for me on my STi, and say I need to bring the car back and consider a WRX.

What does everyone think of this. Should I just say goodbye to Subaru and take my trade in back or do I just on the WRX??

Wow, I have never heard of this so what happened, you didn't qualify or something? If that were the case, how did you get the keys in the first place? What about your deal with Kicker? Eek man, this sucks. Sorry.

Kicker is ok with this, I talked to them already.

California has a 10-day rule for the dealership to find you financing, and they were not able to do so. So they want to put me in a lower cost vehilce.

Sucks for me, the sti is such a fun car and handle great. I am going back to test drive the WRX to see if is something I really want.

Find a used STI or EVO IX that hasn't been modded, or at least from someone that took care of it. After "owning" an STI you probably won't be happy with a WRX.
