Default 2004 STi - soon to have built motor and GT35R

2004 PSM STi

How I acquired the car: I was searching for a STi or WRX to drive daily. I have a 2001 Integra Type R that I planned on building as a track car, but lost interest in the car after acquiring this STi and driving it nearly 80 miles round trip daily for about two or three months.

Future plans: The motor went kaput on me recently. I had a cylinder #4 misfire CEL and we heard metal come down through the exhaust. I decided at that point to get a full motor from Ron and a rotated turbo kit. I haven't decided on the turbo kit yet, but have plenty of time while the motor is being built.

Engine and Drivetrain:
  • Cobb Access Port v2
  • Invidia catless/divorced downpipe
  • Tanabe Touring Medaillion

Suspension:
  • RCE TII (500/400)
  • RCE Front and Rear sway bars
  • Kartboy end links (front and rear)
  • Carbing front strut tower bar w/ master cylinder brace

Electronics:
  • Pioneer Avic D3 w/ iPod and Bluetooth
  • Defi 60mm Gauges (imperial)
    • Oil Pressure
    • Boost
    • EGT

Exterior:
  • V-limited lip (Mach V replica)
  • OEM rear difuser

That's gonna be a sick build. Nice Jolly Rogers/F-14 esque vinyl on the wing.

It'll be ordered as soon as I know if my head castings are ok. Ron told me expect 5-6 weeks total.
