Nobody enjoys my thread but im going to keep contributing regardless lol. recently installed my DP, FP, Boost Gauge, and Clay Bar'd. Car is definatley faster and louder with stage 2. Catless Turboback with Greddy Ti-C screams!!. the only reason i went catless was because im low on cash due to summer and figured if it started to creep, or run poorly i'd revert to stage one and continue to save for Catted DP. Megan DP fit well and was very cheap for the quality IMO (It's just a Pipe). Here is a soundclip of stage 1 compared to stage 2.

Gauges are all in, and put together a diy fog light cover intake vent. Lowered IAT's by about 10 degree's when moving.

Protune to come soon by either Agile, Veroscious, or Precision. Still trying to decide which is best since everyone is pretty much the same price.

I like the journal. Haha.

Keep up the good work. Just curious, why did you use dryer tubing instead of something more substantial so that you don't have to worry about tears?

Went to Home Depot to find something to do the mod with, and figured i take my chances with the dryer tube since it was so cheap. I was going to get aluminum tubing, but after running out of the store to check it out i didnt think it would be flexable enough. Tears where actually a pita because of the turn and the tube is 4" and the hole through the bumper is rectangle and not quite 4" apparently lol. Still trying to figure out how to get some kind of grill in there.

Nice set-up so far

I wouldn't worry about buying a catted dp after you get pro-tuned, a good tuner should be able to eliminate your boost creep worries.

How did you get the STI logo on your Navi??

Thanks for all the compliments. I havent experienced any creep so far, the highest according to my boost gauge peak was 19. Granted it has been hot where i live.

I only know how to do it with the avic-d3, but you put images on a cd and there will be an option to import images from disk where you usually go to change backgrounds. I believe they fit properly when there sized to 500 x 240. There is a thread with a bunch of different backgrounds you can use in the audio section.

Headunit is a Pioneer avic-d3

I'd assume you could. avic411.com will have all the info you need to get a background on the z2.

Better pic of gauges. Matched stock very well.
