Default My AE86 Hachiroku

For the first time in seven years, I own a car which cannot be described as a turbocharged, all wheel drive Subaru. After seven of such vehicles, I decided that 2,100lbs and rear wheel drive was worth a try.

...and so are ITB's

The car needed quite a bit of work when I picked it up, and has now been thoroughly inspected/cleaned/tightened/fixed/all around made into a solid daily driver. The paint cleaned up AMAZING for a 22 year old car.

I'm building some chrome moly suspension parts this week, pics to follow.

Thanks for the comments guys.

The 4age Blacktop comes with individual throttle bodies from the factory (larger of the two factory itb cars). The red stacks are from T3, I think the measurement is 42mm, but they are not carbs at all, it's a fuel injected motor from 1998!

The car is just amazing to drive. Until you've driven a 2000lb car on coilovers.... Well I guess you just won't know. Turn in is downright violent!

I paid a bit more than I should have for the condition when I bought it, but since it had NO rust I did it anyway.

I've put $2,000 into it, and I'm asking $9,000 for it.
