Plasti Dip Black Dash.........April 2008


Today I was over Joes house (jnprn2003) and saw his dash and had to do mine! I took out my shifter trim, shroud around hvac and radio and shroud around the vents. Then Plasti Diped them...put 3 coats and also on the dials (the part that spins)...LOVE IT just need to get the overlays for the dials now and a red hazard switch

after reading a late edition of subie sport magazine....The Feb 2007 edition....i'm not sure what I wanna do with my engine!!!!!

theres this amazing black wrx on the front cover that gets totalled but what i'm getting at is that hes making just over 400whp and 385ft/lbs of torque......thats where i wanna be at but idk....is it worth it rebuilding my engine or going with a jdm sti engine?

To update my project:

Well I took out my back seats. Just for fun but I'll be selling both front and rear seats hopefully in 3-4 weeks.

I'm guna talk to lightwerks and get a red cover for the head unit and the clock.

My car is being taken off the road in 3-4 weeks due to high gas prices and also the school i'll be commuting to next year. Rutgers in Newark!!! not guna bring the subie down there!!! Once taken off the road will be hopefully ripping it down and building it back up.

To update again.....

Car is off the road as of last friday...Rear seats are gone! and front seats are being sold in a couple weeks. Hopefully picking up one or two bride seats and/maybe a rear cage.

i wish i could have something to update you with but nothing really....the back seats were sold and i cut the pillar in my grill but havn't finished it yet....

i'm waiting on my court date to see if the cop was lying or not when he said if i take my speeding ticket to court the judge is old and will prob give me a parking ticket...

if that happeneds the way i want it to happen....i'm getting the sti engine real soon!

wow its been forever since i touched my car!!!

well to update i just sold my mazda6 and now and looking at buying a prelude type sh black on black like i love it!

then after that car is bought and tweaked the way i like it i'll start working on the subie again......'tear' its been sooooo long....i was thinking about buying an imprezza from this guy in PA but he was asking for a little toooo much....amazing car it looks like.

so new plans for the car. front seats havn't sold yet so i havn't even went to any shops to look for new ones. But hopefully my checks will be in soon and a new engine will be picked up shortly. Hopefully someone will pick up my wrx engine and tranny so i can pick up an sti tranny....
