^^^ It's the same wheel. It's referred to as the GTR face because of the lower offset. So the only difference is the offset of the wheel.

no, the face of the GTR wheels are much more concave then their non GTR counter parts.

do a search for BenW or GoKart3 for Advan RS 18x9 +45mm (non gtr face) versions.

yes and no.

they literally have a different face than the other non GTR face wheels.

you can change the offset of a wheel a few ways.

one is change the face of the wheel which ultimately changes the offset
or change the pad height and leave the face alone.

that's why you see the same face on some wheels with different offsets.

Any updates on your susp? BuddyClubs are out now, and RCE springs and Tanabe Springs will be out shortly.. I got an email confirmation from JIC for their FLT's, I'll have them next month most likely.
And yes teh clap is right on the offset thing. That's why there's no point really if you're moving in say...between a 18x9.5 +12 or a +22 TE37 if you're looking for more concavity, as the +22 face will be the same, they just add more spacing on the bore hub.

I haven't updated this thread in awhile but mods are on the way.

I ordered some BC Racing Coilovers, should get them by Friday and installed by Saturday.

I will also be getting my fenders rolled to prevent any rubbing.

Nice, cant wait to see it dropped with those rims! I'm surprised you dont have any rubbing issues right now. I most certainly did until I got mine rolled, before and after the drop.

Thanks for the offer MK. The install should be easy, doing the adjustments and getting them dialed in will be a new experience for me though. I think I will end up doing these on Saturday or Sunday as I should be getting my rear fenders rolled early Saturday.

I don't drive my STi daily so I didn't even notice any rubbing. But on sharp turns and inclines it definitely rubbed in the rear. Took out a nice chunk of tire

I told IAG that I wanted to roll em all just to be sure, but after JJ rolled the rears and fit em, I took em for a drive and it was fine. No issues up front with fender rub.

My STI is my daily driver, so I definitely noticed the rubbing right away after getting the volks on. It sort of settled down a bit after awhile, but if I ever had anyone else in the car, the rubbing would be there again. The week or two that I had the volks on, before getting the fenders rolled and the car dropped, caused a bit of rubber to disappear on my tires. Nothing too serious though.

I'm sure if you drove your car as much as I do, that you'd def notice some rubbing, esp with the 9" rims.
