IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | I'm not sure how his 9" +29et is working out, but I would imagine it's not TOO much different than my 8.5" +30et... Now that that's said, I really feel the wheel fills out the well a lot nicer now. With the stockers at stock ride height, there was about an inch gap from the rubber to the outside of the fender (horizontally). There is also a small bit of negative camber just from the rims, or at least it looks like it. This is all just eyeballed though, nothing on paper. I'm probably going to get an alignment soon and I'll have some data. Hopefully Spaceman can throw up his opinion on his rims here too, as I want to go wider down the road. 9-9.5" |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 Trader Rating: (0) | The only thing I've really noticed as a problem with the lower offset, and maybe it's just because of the way the wheels are angled now, but I think it also has to do with the fact that they're further out... When I go over dips/bumps/steep driveways, etc... The tire rubs against the fender briefly when the shocks are compressed. You might not have this issue though, and it doesn't happen all of the time for me, just sometimes. |

| Amateur STI Driver | Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can see the difference between the Advan RS GTR model, and the normal RS? This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |
