Default Blaiser's GT40r build (DYNO GRAPH POST 79!)

So, i finally am making a journal...

this is what she looked like when she came home on 11/25/2005

later on down the road i blacked the headlights, did an fpgreen and made 384whp.

now i am building a reverse intake manifold, gt40r twinscroll kit from full race.

harman motive is doing all intal and fabrication work and is doing a great job at it.

Harman Motive made me a custom 4 inch intake for my full-race gt40r. it looks amazing. thought i would share. more pics to come.

this is a pic of my coated intake manifold. looks soo sick! crinkle black.

i will be updating the status of the car as often as possible. enjoy!

What's the time line on your build? What parts are you waiting for?

it actually should be done within the month...im hoping at least.

waiting for the 1000cc injectors, aeromotive fuel rails, and top feed TGV's i believe. all the fab work for the reverse manifold pipes is done, it looks pretty sick and the pipes are all aluminium, so they are light as hell.

Build Part List:

-GT4088r
-full-race exhaust manifold and upipe
-tial 60mm wastegate
-tial 50mm BOV
-garret 24x10x3.5 IC core with custom sheetmetal end tanks
-custom reverse intercooler setup with aluminum piping
-custom aluminum 4" cold air intake with 4" filter
-black crinkle intake manifold
-top feed tgv deletes
-1000cc top feed duetchworks injectors
-aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
-aeromotive wrx fuel injector kit
-walbro 255 fuel pump AND bosch fuel pump (dont know exact model)
-grimmspeed 8mm phenolic spacers
-hydra EMS
-koyo radiator with slim fans to fit reverse piping

i think thats it, if there is more i will update it for sure.

Cool man. So is Full-Race actually shipping their kits now or is there still a 3-4 month lead time on their stuff? You've probably had your stuff on order for a while now and have actually probably had it for a bit too if all you're waiting for is your fueling setup.

I don't know... I emailed Geoff last night... if they can get me a 40R kit in under two weeks, I'm all over it.

<-- tired of looking for a turbine housing to make the APS TSR70 kit work.

it's about time blaiser (isfh). this is pretty exciting. after seeing what harmon did with mxpops car, it'll be fun to watch yours.

- what made you decide on a 40r?
- youre fuel requirements are pretty steep. what are you planning for the rest of the fuel system?

i was talking to geoff a while back at full-race. and he said the twinscroll gt4088 was his favorite turbo because of how responsive and how much power it can make. i obviously will be going with a built motor down the road and wanted to use this turbo to its potential....plus geoff said this turbo with there manifold setup should spool not too much later then a single scroll 35r...we will see.

i will be running 2 fuel pumps. the walbro 255 and a bosch 500? something like that, aeromotive top feed fuel rails, custom braided fuel lines. its gonna be pretty legit.
