i've had 2 vehicles in silver. very easy to keep looking nice.

i wanted something different this time, but it turns out DGM is simply too much like black when it comes to showing dust and rain/washing spots.

If you're considering the Madico tint, then you might want to also research the Wincos tint. It's also got a great IR block built into it; coming in a little darker options than the Madico. 2008 Subaru WRX STi - Window Tint

no. if anything, when looking at my IAT today, they looked lower. but i didn't get stuck for very long this time. but i'm going to keep an eye on it for the next couple of days.

and i'm almost sure that i'll be getting volk RE30's

yeah, dark gray was one of the options. until i saw it in person. it was way to dark for my taste.

as for the tint, the place i'll be going to has the full range of madico tint, so i'm picking one of those. most likely this weekend.

but i have to admit that the dark gray should have been called "light black" it's pretty dark.

another short trip to the store.
this time in S#

there seems to be a bit more commotion in the 3000-4000 rpm range. as if there is some added grunt coming from somewhere. oh... and the BPV is slightly more audible too

still, nothing compared to the APS CAI i used to have. that just sounded like a jet engine under the hood

Agreed!! This car sounds frickin crazy with the APS 70 and the 18G. I just went to a cruise this weekend and everyone was commenting on how wicked the car sounded. There were photographers posted at points taking "action" photos of the cars going by and one of the guys said he could hear my car going through the trees for a long time after I was gone, lol.

Here's a couple from sunday, HUGE meet that ended up being about 350 miles total! These aren't really action pics thought I have still yet to get them from my buddy Matt. You really have to go to the next one, it was seriously the most fun I've ever had in a car. There was literally no limit to the car (not one that I could get the nerve to find anyways) and there was about 40 other suby's there as well.

Ohh interesting... Then if the IAS does not increase at all that thing is pretty much pointless... unless it has some sort of filter that keep dirty stuff out...

I looked into the RE30's and they are definitely top of the line performance wise and quality wise. However I am not fond of the RE30's nor the RE37's. Volk needs to make some BBS style rims!

EBC redstuff pads don't fit. EBC has the wrong part numbers listed for sti fitment

ATTN: EBC has wrong part numbers listed for redstuff pads
