****8/4 Update - Another 08 with a dead piston!

See last page for thread with the discussion about the dead piston. Car made it 17011 miles before piston #2 cracked a couple ring lands.

Mods so far:

Protune by Jorge at P&L. This is just the first step on this as playing with the exhaust AVCS maxed the injectors and netted some very nice gains. Boost was only raised .5 PSI. Next step is bigger injectors, and then turn Jorge loose with the AVCS and push the boost.

Tony already noted a couple of shortcomings in the suspension. Seems that the front starts to seize up on rapid multiple bumps. Perhaps some hysteresis. I'll be taking it for a spin to when I get a free moment to check it out.

That and the body roll is nuts, but we'll see what's up with that.

Excited to see how this one turns out. All out suspension sounds great to me. Sometimes stock power and straight suspension can be more fun than a big turbo monster. All the beating without a worry (except tire issues).
