I did it! I went wrinkle red!

With the popularity of our AMR BMI Cold Air System growing, I have decided to change up from the silver flake to the popular wrinkle red!

Getting solid and consitant 11 second ET's is the way to go at this point. I would love to be able to hit 11's at the track without changing a thing from driving off the street. You guys have spent a lot of time and late nights on the 08 so far. I would bet with race gas, headers, up pipe, injectors, fuel pump, intake and inlet tube you guys may be able to hit mid to low 11's. I would like to see you guys try Tomei or cosworth cams on stock heads too.

Notes:

Further testing is currently being completed before the release of the product. I will be posting in-car and outside videos of the exhaust system not to mention dyno pulls along with our S2 Package. Pricing for this item is $TBA.

The exhaust system is fabricated from 3" tubing. Giving the full radius of 6" from the downpipe back. The entire exhaust system is fully powder coated. The tail-end of the exhaust system is equipped with "Polished Quad 3" Tips".

EDIT: Good to hear the exhaust tips won't be angled up.

AMR, thats a pretty sick looking exhaust! very unique. however, you claim its a true dual exhaust... from my understanding, a true dual exhuast would start that the headers back and does not incorporate a Y pipe at all... am i missing something here? has the definition changed... i came from a muscle car back ground and from my understanding with dealing with V8's true duals would be starting from headers back without a Y pipe... you cant really have a true dual on an sti since the headers go into 1 turbo, out one dp...

I like the exhaust but why are the tips pointing up a bit? I would not get it just because of that.

Will the final product tips be even and not angled up?

The final product will have straight tips. We try EVERYTHING on our templates to see what works.

Looking nice!!! Any plans of making a single tip'ed angled muffler like the 2004-2007 has had? So whats next...? I know you got something cooking in the background, I can smell it!

PLEASE make this exhaust have straight 3.5-4" single tips on each side with rolled lips or thick tip like TXS 2.5" muffler has. It looks a bit conservative and on the lame side with quad tips IMHO. With single tips per side you'll sell these like hot cakes and the new STI's will finally look aggressive.
