Nice! Pegasus racing has some great deals. Haven't checked them out in a few years, nice to see they have quality heat wrap items now. You didn't like the ebay blanket?

The APS you mean? Yeah will do I mean I am gonna run it for a bit cause I really like TMIC's and I may just add Meth and keep it for a nice sleeper setup... But thanks for the interest

New goals for the car.... Funny how I started out with my goal being 350WHP for my DD.. Now its 450WHP.. I know I can get it with the DOM 3 but wondering if I can keep the TMIC for a super sleeper.. I figure ot get there my next mods will be a Aqua HFS-5 Meth Kit and probably a EWG and I hope that gives me some help with the TMIC and I should get a nice 450WHP.. I do feel like the way to go would be to do some motor work but I think I will be ok especially with John from Precision Tuning it.. I did order a bunch of heat protection goodies from pegasus so I will really try to insulate everything I am also gonna run a Turbo Blanket..

So do you guys think that running the MEth will help the APS TMIC in orderr to get 450WHP and still not have a heatsoak issue?? I know its gonna help the 740cc even though I should be at 85-90% without Meth with the DOM 3 and DW works suggests no more then 85% so I know with meth my IDC will drop enough to be at the optimal %..

Did the brakes today... What a PITA!!!!!!!! I mean a buddy gave me a hand we swapped in the new Brembo caliper it went in no prob, put the Hawk Plus pads in all smooth , the DBA 4000 rotors were real nice all smooth... Then the stainless brake lines The stockers would not come off at all in the process we stripped the crap out of them the rears came off ok but the fronts were almost impossible.. I figure the car only has 14k WTF these things were on there like if I had 50K... Finally used vice grips and got them off and put in the stainless.. We started at 11am we were done at 4PM... Bleeding was a PITA to first time with the Brembos forgot ou have to bleed bith side.. LOL not fun at all..

Well took the car for a test ride felt good pedal was a little spongy at first but after a few pumps felt good.. The hawk plus pads bite really well once I drove on them for a little bit.. All in all I think it was a great upgrade and will help out once i get the DOM 3 in next week since I will have alot more power... If you attempt to do the brakes do yourself a favor and get a speedbleeder.. I will be getting one for future bleeding for sure..

Yeah I know... My car nasty, how about yours... Get that DOM 3 in there so I can get jealous at your power and then I will have to go FMIC and 44 EWG... I am gonna wait on the clutch hopefully the stock holds out for a bit, but when I order it I am gonna go ACT XT...

Update did a few things.. I used a bunch of that heat sheilding wrap I got from Pegasus.com and did the whole IC and Y pipe I also used the gold foil on some areas like my SPT heatsheild. I beat on the car today for a bit and pulled over and I could keep my hand on the IC by the turbo no prob before NO WAY.. So I guess it helps it supposed to stop radiant heat, I dont know if it is gonna make a huge diff but I was bored.. Here are some pics

Oh here is a pic of the new DBA slotted rotors, plus the new Brembo Caliper the alignment shop had to replace when they F-ed up my other one... Car really STOPS.... The Hawk Plus pads squel a bit, I still have to bed them properly maybe that will help...

Also got bored and sparyed my trim flat balck and got some HVAC decals from STIGRAPHICS... It came out... A little dusty in the pic, but it looks good with my AVIC D3 and I also picked up some Prodrive floor mats since my stock blues are trashed....
