IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2004 Trader Rating: (12) | At long last, an update! A FMIC was in order so we modified a TurboXS FMIC to fit. We also changed to an SPT Sport Grille, and we have the first set of Eibach 2008 STI springs on the car, along with 19x9.5 +43 Volk TE37 Seibon Editions! We decided to start with springs before going to coilovers simply because of the lack of current coilover options right now. We're going to take our time and decide on the best coilover setup for this car, and we know the majority of the companies out there are still doing their R&D for it. In other words, we're not just going to get whatever is available simply because it's available ![]() Tires are Toyo T1Rs in 255/30/19...smaller than we wanted but they'll do just fine for our street/show setup. Huge thanks to Toyo Tires for the set! We also have a full set of Toyo R1Rs in 265/35/18 as part of our race setup, but our race wheels are still TBD. I'd also like to give a huge thanks to Tex Walker for the awesome vinyl job! ![]() ![]() We just put the springs on about an hour ago, but as you can see the wheels fit nice and flush with the body ![]() Last edited by WorldONE; 05-09-2008 at 03:38 PM. |
