The GTspec subframe looks hawt. But i don't like the idea of getting rid of the splash guard especially since i live in MA. was it worth the money you spent on it? thinking abou getting the fender braces, do you feel that it is worth the money ?

yeah, I'm working on designing an all aluminium under panel.

The GTspec fender braces are by far best design as far as fender braces go. Other's just mimmic the eom ones but use thicker/stronger material. The GTspec's are completely re-engineered & use triangulation to attach at 4 points instead of just 2.

I didn't have to try to notice the difference after I initialy installed them & drove around for the first time. The result was VERY obvious. Turn-in and steering responce was iimproved dratastically. I highly recommend them.

Could you have flipped the bottom bolt for the endlinks to gain more clearance?

I was wondering the same thing and oddly enough, most of these parts are on my wish list too.

OP, I just noticed this journal and I have to say that you are making great progress. One of the more "focused" journals, nice job!

Thanks! The install is not difficult, just tedious, especially aligning the fenders back up.

Harman Motive talk to Brett

I should have my new 57F's in 2-3 weeks. I feel a bit stupid for paying that much for lugs so they better look good on the car.

hahah emo, I'm a mess.

The Cusco under tray requires the Cusco front lip, which is very expensive.

yesh, but it hasn't hit on the bar yet. I've checked. I have seen other people flip it though, which is probably the proper way to do it.

Thank you! I've spent a lot of time researching parts & reviews.

It began with the TIC bushings, then the shifter, and then I got a little OCD about the chassis & suspension. The handling of the car has completely transformed already and I haven't even got the coilovers on there yet.

I see most people focusing on more power before they even touch the suspension. I decided to take the other route.

Zzyzx EM Sport Coilovers
Stage 2: DA front & rear

Front plates are Noltec Camber/Castor
Rears are Cusco

Springs are Swift 10k/7k

The quality and workmanship is absolutely amazing. The pictures do no justice.

Once I get the new wheels they're going on.
