Default Aem Meth kit

Well the order has been made! Just bought the Aem meth kit, Turbo XS Performance Dual stage boost controller and a Walbro fuel pump.

I'm gonna use the dual stage boost controller in the way that one setting will be for my normal setting and the other will be activated in the event of meth failure and it will cut my boost of to mechanical.

Thanks a lot to Ray for giving his best customer support and knowledge!

I recomend his shop to everyone looking for grate service and support.

So finaly my meth kit is on the car and running flawlessly! The install took me a couple of hours to finish and I still need to give it some esthetically detail.

Now for the pics;
Here is were I mounted the Status led.



Here is my tank and pump setup, i need to clean and paint the aluminum sheet.



Here is where i mounted the control unit. I wrapped it in plastic so no dirt or water can get to it.



And my fail safe! Txs Dual stage boost controller. When ever the system detects that something is wrong it will activate the boost safe signal that will activate the second stage of the boost controller and that will cut my boost of.



Thanks to Ray from turbotek tuning for providing me the parts and costumer service and for tuning my car! The power comes on smooth and the car pulls so much stronger now. I'm going to go to the dyno soon to see what do I have at the wheels. Ray explained everything while he was tuning, i asked him for a safe map that would give me power with out sacrificing reliability. We did a road tune and in about 45 min my car was ready. All in all I'm pretty happy with my tune and experience with Ray!

So far the car has 2000 miles with its new setup and its working grate. Its pulling like mad but i think its time for me to change my clutch. After 44k miles the stock one seams to be having problems keeping up with the new found torque.

As for new additions i ordered a Txs knock lite to help me keep an eye on the engine and a better shift lite than the tiny spec we have on the cluster.

At the end of may I plan on ordering a set of perrin fuel rails and/or agency power solid inlet.

I'm still debating if to do tgv deletes while I put phenolic spacer on my manifold. Its gonna be a hard day if I go at it.
