Just traded my 03 evo in for an 05 sti, crystal grey with gold rims. At first I didnt like the grey and gold combo, but it has since grown on me and looks awesome. Ill upload some pics tom when i get a chance.

I saw that exact combo and was quite jealous. I'm not a fan of gold, but the pewter color sets it off, I bet it looks badass under all those neon lights!

I'd like to see a picture of the grey/gold combo. Would be nice if I could find a grey/bronze combo.

Ftp server that I was going to be uploading the pictures to is down right now, so that will have to wait till later. Stis are going for msrp here, there is only one dealership in town so its kind of hard to go around and get different price quotes. The combo is great, but it looks alot better in the shade and out of the sunlight however.

Here is one of the pics that I took. Pic is kind of large, and I couldnt figure out how to resize it, so I'm waiting to find out how before i put up the rest of the pictures. Sorry again for the big size of the pictures.

The burning question in my mind is why did you get rid of the EVO?

Yes if that was you in the dealership that morning. I got rid of the evo, because all what I mainly do, is drive to and from work everyday, have a little bit of fun on weekends, and for that purpose the sti fits me much much better. Drove a friends car, and was sold how much better it was for my purpose. However I do miss the evo and the feeling when the boost kicks in on it. For the differences of the car, sti is much nicer to drive everyday, makes a better everyday driver. The ride compared to the evos is alot quiter, and also alot smoother. However, the evo would be the perfect car to drive on weekends, and drive a different car during the week as a daily driver. Evo feels slightly faster for some reason, I dont know if thats because of the boost that thing has, or if it is really faster. Evo also handles a little bit better then the sti, but I overweighed all of that for a better daily driver. Any other questions about it, or if you want more pics, feel free to pm me.
