I'm finally installing my "Redline Elite" Hood Dampers this afternoon... I'll try to take some decent pictures of my engine bay, trunk, etc. next week.

Also, I have some braided brake lines, new Project Mu pads (f/r) and Motul RBF600 on order from World One. When those come in (sometime in Nov.) and get installed I'll post an update on just how much of an improvement I feel is made by the "stage 1" brake upgrade.

Thanks for reading...

Default Defi VSD Concept Heads Up Display? (stoked :-)

I've been rolling the braided lines for a while now, they feel good too... Not drastic but way more consistent under hard braking.

I'm looking into, heavily i may add, to buying the DEFI VSD Concept, heads up display.
I think this would be a very unique mod, which is less than the cost of a center pod and gauges, and will feel like Night Rider in the end.

Stoked.

It's a pain to install correctly (ie. don't let your control arms go completely slack)... I had the help of a professional tuner shop on that part, but I'm very happy with the performance of the part... I've driven on it for 9 months, and had to relube to twice (which is easy with the Perrin unit as opposed the ALK).

But yeah, very little noise from it, and awesome turn in response.

Nice part... If installed well :-)

I might be wrong, but are your tires on correctly? The tread has it facing the wrong way.

They're on correctly, it's a Multi-Season Tread... Those treads are my freeway rain gutters

Default Re: 2005 PSM - worksti - "Limited" (Ohlins, Prodrive, Cobb, Perrin, SPT).

Yo... I heard Portland was flooding so I took a road trip down there, passing traffic with ease Hit some big puddles, made some big splashes, never felt any hydroplane steering issues though... AWD FTW !!!

On the drive home I-5 was flooding, they closed South bound while I was passing through it, and North bound shortly after. The Sube loved every wet minute of it Even got to visit Jarrad at PDX in Portland... He's a rad tuner.

Anyways, I updated my "Future Mod List" on pg. 1, and am in process of accomplishing those goals soon.

Stay Posted, my family is currently building a garage with a lift, which equals easy installs

yeah his tires are right, the tread slants switch direction back and forth.... i like the wheels, i didn't think i would but they look decent. a front lip and some jdm fogs would be pimp. not bad at all so far. different without being ricey. idk about mudflaps though. it won't flow with the luxo style you got goin. clear those headlights!!

After looking at my pics, I had to go out and check the rotational direction of the tires, and yes, they are on correctly. I'm not a big fan of JDM fogs, USDM fog light bezels make for some pretty nasty break ducts down the road... But for now it's Commuter car, thus I'm not installing a front lip of any kind because I'd eventually tearing it off on something

Also, I just order the Prodrive WRC Mesh Upper+Lower Grill kit. I'm going to paint the kit Flat Black, and install it when I clear the amber out of the corner of my headlight lenses (keeping running light and turn signal coloring stock, yet eventually upgrading the HID and Hi-Beam Bulbs). I'm also planning on ordering a set of Black Prodrive MudFlaps... To go with the Grills, you know
