Default Repairing Scratches on Interior Door Panels

Does anyone know of a way to repair light or minor scratches and scuffs on the upper vinyl interior door panels. Mine got scratched up while using my car to move some boxes. Also how about repairing scratches on the glove compartment door?

Can't say what to do with the vinyl, but for the hard plastic parts such as the glovebox door, you might try a bit of steel wool. As long as the scratch isn't too deep, I've had a good results with that method. Eventually it'll smooth out the surface texture, though, so for deep scratches you'd want to try something else.
