Default lower my seats

I would like to lower my factory seats by about an inch. What are my options?

Here's the link staight from HKS Kansai's website. It's in Japanese though, but you may be able to translate it with one of those online translators.

http://www.hkskansai.co.jp/html/part...ail/r_seat.htm

I'm sure any vendor that carriers HKS/Kansai products would be able to get a hold of them for you.

Japanparts.com sells the HKS lowering rails. I just emailed them if they will work with our USDM STi's. I will pass this information on, as I would like to get these vice aftermarket seats.

I just got an email back from Japanparts.com, stating that since it is not a JDM vehicle they cannot verify fitment for sure. I think I will still give it a shot anyway, at least the driver's side. I will report back when I find something out.

I just talked to Wedge Engineering and they do not make lower seat brackets for the stock STI seats. It seems that they only work with aftermarket seats. So it looks like the HKS/Kansai is the only option. Anyone want to start a group buy?

really?
intersting, as a friend of mine who got evo seats and had the brackets made for his sti. but i guess that constitutes as "aftermarket"

im assuming the only way is to actually go to wedge and have them take a look.
