Can anyone help me? i have a forrester jdm digital air con/heater control and am looking to fit it in my impreza version 5 type r. The plugs are the same but theres not enough wires on the impreza loom does anyone have the pinouts/wiring diagrams? i have seen one of these units fitted to an impreza before so i know its not impossible. Any help would be most appreciated.

buy the female or male wire clip connecter which ever one it is so you dont have to splice any wires and extend the wires. only way to do it.. i dont recommend the quick splice.. its not 100% sometime cause some connecters come loose easily

Can you get pics of the unit? I would guess you could extend the wires a bit to make it fit properly. Do you really need a pinout for that? I mean you just need to cut one wire at a time and add some more length to it.

Hi there i think you miss understood me the wires are long enough, theres just not enough of them on my cars wiring, for example 25 wires on air con controls 15 coming from the car.
