Adjustable Headlight Not Working

This is on a 06 sti. I can adjust the left side works perfectly fine, but right side does not move at all. Is there are a motor or something that controls it?

BTW : Nothing has been modded on the headlight and both HID works.

Seized servo? Loose wire? Some sort of gunk in the mechanism?

Have you ever changed the bulbs?

nope never change the bulb. I check all the wires everything sees tight.

I had the exact same problem with my '06 right headlamp as well. Took it to the dealer and the headlight assembly was replaced under warranty.
