Default Sparco Steering Wheel fitment?

Hey whats up guys, my Wife got me a Sparco Monza Steering Wheel its nice Blue Alcantara with the Black Ano Middle its 330mm my questions is does anybody know what adapter is needed to run this wheel. I know Sparco has a hub adapter is that all that is needed that one is like $70 then there quick release is like $300. Just wondering what I need to make this wheel fit, thanks guys.

Search around the thread. There is some good threads. Give NRG a call, they have what looks good quality parts (no experience with them but a few threads use them) and they are not too expensive.

However, I hope you realize the nightmare with the cruise control and the turn signal turning off automatically after you straighten your wheel. The horn seems to be a pain too.

To mount the steering wheel, you will need a hub or what's known as a boss kit. This goes in between the steering wheel and the steering column.

Since you have a 06 STI, I highly suggest buying a Works Bell boss kit because it will mount over and retain the clockspring. There is a steering angle sensor in the clockspring of the 06/07 model, hence you should not remove it or your DCCD display will start to flash like R2D2.
