Are there any issues, legally or otherwise with removing the middle rear seatbelt? As small as the car is, I don't forsee carrying 5 people in it. I would like the space that the seatbelt retractor takes up for my amp rack.

i dont know if there are any legal issues or not for the rear seatbelts. i removed all 3 of my rear seatbelts for weight savings, nobody rides in the back of my car anyways.

As long as no one is actually sitting in the back without a seatbelt you should be sweet.

I never plan on doing that. Must have been all small people. I decided that my amps were more important than having 3 people in the back seat.
