Just dropping a note to offer my professional services. I just saved someone a large amount of cash off their STI auto insurance premium.

I’m a licensed Broker and I’m able to shop the open market and find who is offering the best rates for my fellow STI brethren. I live in SoCal (santa monica) and am licensed in Cali, Texas, Florida, Nevada, Alaska, New York and Arizona.

Please keep in mind, some of you are asking for your car to be fully insured, and you have aftermarket mods – who doesn’t – we may need to talk about ‘scheduling’ your parts so that in the event of a ‘full loss’ you can get a nice little check for the FULL amount.

If your car is Stock, don’t feel bad. Worse case is that I’ll save you a chunk of money and you can buy some upgrades. Then, we’ll do a new policy with all the toys scheduled.

no worries eX. when one "schedules" their parts it means that they are telling the INS company exactly what they have on their car. so, in the case of a full loss, the INS Co will pay the full amount to replace that vehicle.

if you had an 05 STI (like me) and it was valued at 26K less depreciation. and you had 10K in mods (unscheduled). at the time of a full loss claim, i'd only get the 26K less dep. and i'd be SOL with regards to the mods.

so if you have some toys on the car, schedule them, so that the insurance co knows what to replace if need be. you'll pay a little bit more for coverage, but it will be worth it, if you need it.

just like most of the cars you see rollin around on 22's or higher....if that cars gets jacked and is listed as stolen... the INS company is only responsible for the repalcement of the car - WITH STOCK RIMS. if you tell them (schedule) about the rims...you'll be rollin hard on your 22's on your replacement vehicle.
