man.. i really envy you guys.. i had to pay my sti off in cash because my insurance is so high.

20yrs old.
14 tickets
total of 7 points on my license (4 taken off thru pleading/traffic school)
1 major accident (other driver got charged w/ DUI)
3 minor accidents (not my fault, I was hit from the rear bumper)
950/month, 650/month w/ good grades

please, save your ragg'n for someone else.. i have learned my lesson. i havent gotten one moving violation/accident since i've owned my STi. (one ticket for no front plate)

oh, and yes.. i used my OWN, hard earned money to pay off the STi and pay my insurance!!!!!

esurance quoted me at $700 every 6 mo.
time to switch :P
I doubt that the rate will be that low after they do their "bogus" credit rating on you. They quoted me really low initially also, then jacked up the quote after credit check. They use a credit rating bureau that is not one of the 3 major bureaus. They use this service to artificially lower credit scores to raise rates after the lowball initial quote.

Got 3 sportscars here guys...through USAA

28 yo male....0 accidents/tickets
24 yo female....0 accidents/tickets

6 month premium $1,109.78 or $184.96/month

Broken down, that's:
1. STi = $452.11/ 6 months or $75.35/month
2. Mach I = $495.45/ 6 months or $82.58/month
3. Grand National = $162.22/ 6 months or $27.04/month

We are married, with multi-car discount an defensive driving coarses for both of us...I can NOT say enough how pleased I've been with USAA....they are a no BS company and handle claims, insurance adjustments/questions immediately! As several have already stated, don't always go with the cheapest....that'll bite you in the butt in the long run. Those of you with this esurance company beware. It was discussed on another forum I frequent a short while back about their prolonged claims handling and lack of true value reimbursement. This was by several members...it is sorta a "buyer beware" thing!
