Need help on removing bumper

Hey guys I need help on how to remove the bumper. I had to go to Subaru dealership and order the long clip thing that holds the bumper to the fender. The plastic part. I somehow broke a piece on it an now piece of the bumper pops out underneather the passenger side headlight. Thanks for any help someone can give.
