Default 06-07 Rallyarmor UR's

Just got my UR's from rallyarmor. They didnt come w/ directions, so I searched and was able to install the backs. I looked on their website, and they mentioned that some mod to the fronts were necessary, although it was vague. Anyone?

Don't forget, (one thing RA wasn't very clear about) is that they changed the bolts that come with the kit. So in the instructions you will see a small bolt going in one place, but in the kit, they provide a long bolt for it.

Just keep an eye out for that. Almost every time I hear somebody comment about the install, they say "they shipped the wrong size bolts"...

Deja Vu to that! You said the same thing when I mentioned the hardware!

I think I also used a different plastic clip in the fender for the fronts since the original one was too loose.

The clip was the same in the pic but it was not the one that came out of the inner fender well, it came out of one of the holes closer to the wheel.
WHY DO I NEVER TAKE PICTURES????!!!!

That is correct.

The side skirts on the 05+ models were thicker requiring longer bolts instead of the short ones. The long bolts work with both the earlier skirts as well as the newer style.

This is reflected both in the printable instructions (See # 3 Below)

As well as in a bold white box running for an extended duration in the video (Screenshot below) at around 5:30:00

Got em' on, and they look and work great. Seeing all that crap on the flaps that could be on my paint definately makes me recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their lady looking lovely. Thanks for the input everyone. Rallyarmor rocks!

I just got my flaps in today. So what is the verdict, will I most likely have to remove the rear wheels to install the rears? I won't be able to put her up on jackstands until this weekend.

^ Not if you have one of the two: small hands, or an angeled screwdriver. You can pick up an "L" shapped screwdriver from any autoparts store. Also good to have around the garage! I didn't need to remove my back wheels, but it took a little while to get them on.

As tyler mentioned above, an angled screwdriver can assist you should you require for the rear wheels. A good tip is to simply jack it up the car a little (tires still on the car) and the tire will drop a bit enough for you to reach in the rear wheel well area should you require more room (without removing the rear tire)

Or you can do what I did, and that was to use a phillips head screwdiver SOCKET for a small ratchet. I happened to have this little tiny 1/4" drive ratchet. I tossed on a phillips socket, and it just barely fit in there...
