Default Gauge Pod Pillar Install

Quick question, I'm a nOOb to scOOb's, just ordered a Gauge Pillar Pod for my boost gauge (single pod design) and I was wondering how to install it. Sorry for such a simple question, hopefully you'll humor me . Pic below:

Just remove your Pillar. Use double-stick tape or rivets to secure the pod onto the pillar and dremel out a hole so you can run the wires

With this single gauge pod pillar mount, is there any way to run the wires/vacuum line without having to drill a hole.....that looks decent?

you wont see the hole..it will be hidden behind the pod itself..unless you dont want to drill one into your pillar.
