you rock dude, it's been so long since I'v had a light on the switch, what lights up, jut Water Spray right?..., or does I/C also light up

Thank You Sir when I get my car back from the body shop I'm gonna replace the light anyways, since it'll be really cheap.

I have a quick question, how long does it take to completely empty out the IC Tank if you would leave this on? I've always wondered that....

Follow Wolfplayers DIY:
Here is Wolfplayer's DIY on the JDM Auto I/C Switch, thanks Wolfplayer!

How To: Automatic Intercooler Sprayer (boost referenced)

Instead of just replacing the stock switch you can leave that and add the JDM Auto switch, wire it up to a boost pressure switch, and set it to engage at your desired boost level. It works perfectly.

The boost pressure switch can be found here (ebay seller becoool):

I know what you are saying, but what I'm saying is you don't need it, look what Wolfplayer did:

ok, itīs done...in 10 minutes...first, I am a lucky guy!

There was a "blind switch", and guess what...and a female connector with some wires...cut three off, left another three in their place, connect two wires with the oem switch and...it works (only the control light donīt work, but who cares...)

Finished Product:

i know this was an early post, but i thought i'd add my $0.02

The DIY is perfectly fine, but for just some out of pocket, you dont need to modify anything really... and the biggest selling point for this for me would be for use during Auto-x, when the boost referenced switch might not always be firing... turn this on and forget about it turn off at the end of the run and enjoy....

for me, I rarely remember to turn off my camera after a run. I usually have an extra 3 mins of video at the end of each of my runs because I forget to shut my camera off. Remembering to turn off the auto switch would probably be the same.

As it stands now, with the boost referenced mod, I run through half a tank of water after 1 day of autox. (6-7 runs averaging 45 sec a piece)

Regardless, either way is a great mod for fighting heat soak. The underside of my TMIC is always cool to the touch after a run even in July.
