Default Double Din HeadUnit Install-Pretty Easy??

I did a search and did not find any. I assume it is pretty straight forward to upgrade to aftermarket hu in the double din style....I dont want to break any pieces when i do it.

Like lightwerkz said, if you get a harness, everything else is plug and play. Double din will bolt right in.

coop, if you want i can lend you a hand doing it... its very easy, especially if you get a harness that clips right in.

Thanks Chaos, I think I will be able to handle it though. I have installed a lot of hu's in the past just did not know how difficult this was because it looks like the stock HU is snug in there. I am looking at a touchscreen double din...probablly an alpine.

Super easy. Just wire up the harness to the head unit ahead of time, then its just a mere taking out the old, plug in the new one and put the dash back on. I did my w200 install with navigation in under an hour.
