I think the pic I was thinking of was from a post on scoobymods...

Spacer for the back...what do you mean?
In the pic above, for the front bar, there are 1/4 metal spacers that sit against the bar itself.

Are you sure you have the right bar?
Sent from TiC. Looked to be the right size when I roughly lined it up with the stock bar when they were out of the car.

I'm running my Whiteline rear bar now at the 22 mm position (Adjustable from 22, 24, 26mm). Everything lines up perfectly. Did you use th spacers & washers and bolt orientation exactly like the photo above?
For the rear bar, I did not have spacers with the kit, 4-nuts, 4-bolts, 8-washers. Otherwise, the orientation is the same.

Which hole in the sway bar do you have to use for maximum performance In 27 font and 24 rear?

The outermost hole is the softest, innermost hardest, middle is, well, in the middle!

I believe that for the stiffest setting, you'd use the innermost hole.

(Above rephrased from: If you want the stiffest ride, you'd use the innermost hole.)

Oh yeah, my bad...forgot this post was about the RSB install that ended up with pics for the FSB. I used no spacers on the back adjustable bar and everything lined up perfectly. Car was up on a jack then lowered onto ramps. The car needs to have the suspension loaded (they say). However, I put it up on jack stands to make the switch from 24 to 22 mm the other day without loading it and it worked fine.

We all do my friend, we all do

Okay, so I put it back up on ramps...They look pretty well lined up. Might have been the way I was looking at it Saturday, but it looks good now and feels great, so I am going to pat myself on the back, have a "success" beer, and all it complete!

Thanks for the help fellas!

I recieve my kb front and rear links and it seems that the hardware is the same for both. I dont have any spacers in my kit but it does seem like a few washers are thicker than others

update:
I contacted Tom and there were no spacers for the front bar included w. my hardware. He mailed them out to me and all is well. I will be installing mine next week.
Thumbs up to Kartboy customer service!

If you are still looking for an update, you are correct, that picture is slightly off.

I got some rear WL wih Kartboy Endlinks as well, but did not recieve the spacers as shown above. I also have the 'klunking noise' while driving hard turns/dips. Can I leave it on this way until the spacers arrive or will there be damage to it? I also had a hard time screwing on the Rear bar cause it seemed like I was stretching it.

Thanks

spacers are needed for certain fronts, not rears.

What could the klunking noise be coming from if its not the spacer's issue? Mine is bolted the same way as the pictures from the first page.

Rear Left:

Rear right:

I took off the diffuser, and it's still making the klunking noise, but i don't see any marks on the sway bar/ on the car where it is hitting. Any suggestions?
