how to install injen cai

i tired searching for it and wasnt able to find anything on it. except for the difference between aps cai and injen cai. please if anyone knows how to install the injen cai for 2007 sti. please let me know.

take the wheel off, open the fender liner, take out the stock intake and the silencer in the fender then plop the injen intake in its place

make sure you put everything back on nice and tight, nothing loose. You dont want what happened to me, happen to you....

lol i didnt install everything nice and tight. I was on the freeway and the fender liner flew off along with my filter

any one have any other detailed install instructions on the injen CAI install.. i have a 06 sti and i would like to install the injen intake...

anyone who has the injen intake, how is it?

I dont feel like explaining the install, but I recently put one on my '06 STi. I didnt really do it for power, I wanted to hear the turbo and bpv more. And it delivered. I love the new tunes my car plays. My filter was heavily oiled from injen (I had bought the plumbing used). I advise you thoroughly wipe off the inside and outside of the filter where the strap goes, to help ensure it stays 'nice and tight'.
