+1 also the dash blanks changed in size for 05+ so you will have to come up with a new mounting solution.

This kit will fit all 2002+ Impreza models (possibly more Subarus but we have not tested).

Just went outside and test fit it in our 06 STi, it's still a perfect fit. The button plate is the same size as the STi I/C sprayer button and the WRX foglight button.
my mistake i was going by what z1auto had on their site.

Here is another question, can you still use just the key to turn on the car? I installed an s2000 button in my Integra, and without cutting the original ignition wire then you could use both the key or the button. I didn't like it so I cut the wire, disabling the key start.

how does this work for turbo timed cars? Would you not need a key at all?

Can you take the key out after it is started? If so, does this also shut the car off?
