Default Problem with G200 exhaust install.

Hey guys. Got a problem installing my g200 exhaust. It appears that there is a small flange thats attached to the pipe right after the 2nd cat (where the g200 bolts onto the stock parts). Has anyone else ran across this? The end of the old catback was tapered out to match this bulge. Any ideas?

Also, this is just the g200 catback that I'm installing, not the full turboback - incase there was any question.

Wow...disregard this. That was the stupidest question ever. It freaking comes right out. It really did look like it was part of the exhaust.

I reused the donut gasket with my g200 Just used longer bolts with the factory springs. Just not the bolts.

Anyone else notice how close the g200 sits to the driveshaft. Even my stock looks like it bumped into the drive shaft once or twice.

Weird. My pipe would only go down that far (in the pic) before it hit the gasket. I suppose I could have squashed it on there really tight, but something tells me those springs wouldnt have applied enough pressure. Anyway, it looks like theres no way for me to use that doughnut gasket on mine. Fortunately it just popped right off and we used a normal crush gasket.
