Default GP Moto Intake Elbow help

I just finished installing the elbow in place of the silencer but I cant get the ram air part of the system to go back onto the GP Moto intake elbow... did anyone else have this problem... ... .. seems like the silencer is too big to fit the duct

I used the gp moto elbow when I had my 02 WRX and it fit pretty good. You just have to get you hand up in there and put some muscle in it.

No I got it to fit to the air box I mean the ram air piece to the intake elbow will not fit... seems too big or shaped wrong....

Yeah its a tight fit, but you'll have to use a hand on both and push. Definately not a OEM fit.
