installing forge??? need help

Hey anyone know where i could get the stock elbow that connects to the bpv? Im replacing an hks aftermarket bov and the person i bought the carform got rid of the stock pieces....so i need the elbow that attaches to the hose that returns air to the intake i guess? Where the hell would i get that besides going to a dealer and having to buy the whole part??? Thats whats going on now i went to the dealer and they couldnt find the part so just orered the whole thing that will cost 165 !!! Any one know?
