IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2005 | best writeup I ever seen for WRX. I'll use it for my own work. I've done a couple VW spring jobs, but never a Subaru. From what I see, the VW are much harder than anything else.. I had to unbolt a half axle or drop the sub frame to get one front off a VW.. this will be cake. |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2008 | I just did this, this weekend and it REALLY helped. I would recommend that you have another person there to help hold the strut the first time you get it back in. Also, if you have a sway bar installed, you might have to fight with that. I had to fight with mine in the back because the 3 holes didn't match up exactly so that was a pain. Thanks again for an awesome write up! |
