Default How to install Koni inserts

I have searched but can not find the answer.
Please help

I was always under the impression that you can't use Konis with STi struts. The Koni is just to wide to fit. On 04' STi, you can use a WRX struts with Koni insert, but other than that, I think we're SOL.

sucks because Koni still makes the BEST insert for daily drivers.

^^ just for future reference: THIS IS INCORRECT


for 2005+ STi's, you can buy housings for the front from Ground Control, and then use Koni inserts in the rear in WRX housings. All rear housings will fit the 2005+ STi's.

This is an excellent, affordable option for those looking to replace struts / go with custom coilovers / etc.

p.s. there is a great writeup Stickied on NASIOC detailing how to do inserts in wrx housings too.
