Default Just finished Clearing and painting my Head Lights

So i just got done clearing and painting my head lights it really wasn't that hard and it turned out great! Here are some before and after pics and the stuff i used. The sand paper in the picture is for a future project!

I think I'm going to do this again this weekend...

Last time I did it, condensation built up in the housing 4 months later and caused my HID to go dead.

Any tips you have on preventing this?

That sucks well the only thing i could tell you is just make sure to put extra slicone when u seal it back up and that should work.

not much of a how to, but nice job. this prob belongs in exterior...

I would have just cleared them since you have the dark housings.

No need for extra silicon, but they say its better to be safe then sorry.

That's what I thought originally as well, until I only had one HID that worked.


Mike, what bulbs are you using for the turn signals now?

i left the orange piece for the turn signals so just the stock ones.

Hmmm, on the after picture it looks like it's cleared? The only orange I see is the parking light pieces.
