prodrive boost solenoid bleed off vs interupt mode?

i know its been talked about many times, but what i came up with is the bleed off would be better? it seems as more people have better luck with it as what i got out of it.

right now i have an fp green with iwg, on the solenoid im coming up with the silver metal outlet on the solenoid goes to the compresor housing, the plastic outlet across the solenoid goes to the inlet and the perpendicular outlet goes to the wastegate? this would be the BLEED OFF mode

if i go with INTERUPT MODE the the silver outlet on the solenoid goes to wastegate, the one straight across goes to compressor and the perpendicular vents atmosphere or back to the inlet.

also what about restrictor pills? can i just eliminate that

what size hose do i run?
