DEFI A/C Outlet Installation?

Could someone point me to a link as to how to accomplish this mod in the left side dash outlet, and if you have done it, I'd appreciate your thoughts on how difficult it was. Thx

yeah he means in the air duct on the left side of the steering wheel.
