Dash dissassemble

i took out my entire dash to paint it all, and everything is out and done with besides the top piece of the dash(the biggest part). I cant seem to get it out, does anyone know if theres any screws that Im missing? i got it loose on the sides but it seems like its still stuck in the middle. I see little white clips but i can only push one at a time and it doesnt seem like its doing anything.
