Default Anyone know how to remove SPT gauges?

I just picked up an '04 STi that already had the SPT gauge cluster replacing the clock. I'd like to take the gauges out to change the bulbs, but I've pulled on it pretty hard straight up and it seems like something's gonna break soon. So, instead of breaking stuff first and asking questions later, I'm actually going to do the "right way" this time. Can anyone help?

As long as you are talking about the factory triple gauges then you want to pull kinda forward, not up. There are two clip that hold the pod in. Try sticking a flathead screwdriver between the gauges and the pod and prying each side. The pod will pop forward and slide off revealing the back of the gauges.

no, you can do it by removing just the pod. To get to the wires connected to the radio you have to take out the radio.

You can see where the 2 clips are right next to the face of the gauges
