Ok sorry for this n00b question, but I'm not sure if it was covered above due to the fact that I don't understand a lot about memory and computer related stuff . But, if I have a custom EcuTek reflash (protune), and I reset my ecu, will the custom parameters still be there or will it be just like stock? Thanks again, and please be kind

Yes your custom tune will still be there, but in it's base form. When you have a map on your ECu, you ECU will modify it within its capabilities to work as efficient as it sees fit. So whatever your ECU has "learned" since the flash will be lost and you will be back at your base custmo tune.
