Assuming the intercoolers are aluminum, I would opt for anodizing. Find a metal plating shop/finisher and ask about it. Its gonna cost some $$$, but I'd rather have this done than painting the intercooler.

I plan on going this route once I go FMIC. The APS black intercoolers are nice, but are really expensive. Hell, I'll still thinking about the APS.

Any idea how much cash it does cost to get your FMIC anodized? We have a black car and the silver radiator and oil cooler really stick out through the grill.

You need to contact a metal finishing company near your area and ask. These companies usually work with lot sizes, so having one item run through the anodizing process may be costly.

It may cost from $150 to $300, IMO.

I'm in Germany so the language barrier makes it a little mroe difficult to find someone and communicate what you need.

I will check around with some of my employees to see if they know anyone.

What about the STi Stencil? Anybody have a JPG of it or something so I can cut it out onto a piece of paper/tape?

Here ya go. I found it somewhere on here. I had to take it to the print shop to get them to print it. It will be the perfect size though. Just to double check it should be 12 x 4.5".
