| Professional STI Racer | This thread would have been handy last month when I paid to have the wifes PB plugs changed. Oh well, I'll do the STi when it hits 30,000. Stock plugs for me. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2004 Trader Rating: (0) | Hey guys i am looking to swap my plugs. Right now I have a Catless TBE and intake along with lightened pulley and fuel pump. Would you recommend Colder plugs or stic kto stock? When I start tuning my car I look to run about 18PSI..... So I am leaning towards colds but not sure how it will affect the car right now...What problems could I see with the colder plugs? Oh and you ROCK Crewchief! This is a huge life saver....Maybe I can roll over to your place or you can come donw to mine when I get plugs and we can enjoy an easy install that hsouldn't take very long! |

| dances with roads | Just changed my plugs today, as part of my DIY 60K service. This writeup helped a lot, thanks! Like Wolfplayer said earlier though, I did not see a need to take the battery out and so I did the job with battery in place. No problems -- as long as you have the right length extensions for your socket set! |

http://www.iwsti.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89386 If you have any questions about the colder plugs...post it there since this is more of a DIY sticky and should not be thread-jacked. BTW - nice write up Crew | |
